CNYRP Releases Artist Renditions of Facility

With construction set for the spring of 2012, Central New York Raceway Park (CNYRP) is pressing forward in completing all the pre-construction processes. Planning for the road course garage, as well as the dirt track grandstand, restaurant, and tower are nearly complete. CNYRP is proud to release artist renditions of both the road course garage as well as the dirt track grandstand. "All our investors and management team have been working extremely hard in anticipation for ground breaking,” said Donnelly Partners LLC President Glenn Donnelly. "We are proud to release the artist renditions to the racers, fans, and sponsors so they can feel connected with every step of the process."

The artist renditions we completed by Modular Space Corporation (ModSpace) in conjunction with John Lehmann, a former Assistant General Manger of Vernon Downs Casino and Hotel and Senior Operations Manager at Turning Stone Casino Resort. "The renditions aren't an exact replica of the finished product," says John Lehmann, "but it does give the viewer a sense of how the facility will be laid out. With all the experience and input of the investors and management team I believe the finished product will exceed expectations."

CNYRP facility will encompass more than 140 acres, and have a 2-mile road course, 1/2-mile synthetic dirt track and a 1/4-mile drag strip. The artist rendition of the road course garage shows the layout of the front of the building. The garage will be 56 bays, 50 available for club use with two double bays and two more single bays for technical inspections. The garage will have a catwalk for crewmembers and spotters to view the course. "It was our goal to make sure all the competitors would have the amenities and comfort of a NASCAR style garage," said Lehmann.

The artist rendition of the dirt track shows the 10,000-seat grandstand, restaurant, and race control tower. Seating in the grandstand will be stadium seating guaranteeing each seat with an unobstructed view of the racetrack. VIP suites and a 300-seat buffet style restaurant will occupy the second level. The race and facility control center will sit atop of the structure. "We took input from other dirt tracks, and other multi-use facilities to design a great lay out," said Lehmann. "We feel the customer will have still receive the dirt track racing experience, but also be treated to services of a modern multi-use facility."

Artist renditions will be on display and CNYRP representatives will be available to answer questions at the 32nd annual National Parts Peddler Trade Show November 18th, 19th, 20th at the Americraft Center of Progress Building at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY. Central New York Raceway Park, Inc President Glenn Donnelly will be available for questions on Saturday, November 19th from 1-5pm.

Ground breaking of CNYRP will begin in the spring of 2012. CNYRP consists of three racing facilities. A half-mile dirt track covered by the synthetic dirt surface SYNDI, a 2-mile road course, and a 1/4-mile drag strip. The facility is being built under the direction of Central New York Raceway Park, Inc
